Where is Corpus Christi, TX?

Corpus Christi, Texas is not a sleepy beach town. It's actually a bustling coastal city that's filled with everything that encompasses beach and play. If you want to fish, you can fish all year! If you like hot weather, Corpus Christi has you covered at least 11 solid months of the year. Advantages of living here include easy access to Padre Island and Port Aransas. These neighboring beach cities boast even more kayaking, crawfish boils, horses back riding, boating and beach camping. Yes, that's right. You can drive on the beach and camp all at the cost of a single beach car pass.
As a Corpus Christi, TX native I can say that this city has a way of bringing you back time and time again. Personally, I'm on my third time moving back home after living in NYC for nearly fifteen years. I've watched this city grow exponentially in support of small business, diversify, creativity and enterprise. Another highlight I love mentioning is that you can (right now) get almost anywhere in town within 20 minutes. Less car time, more beach time! And if you live on the island, forget it! Many families on the island own a golf cart and zip around from place to place. Paddle boarding a big thing too.
So if and when you're in Texas, give Corpus Christi, TX a try. Visit downtown and enjoy views of the bay against blue and pink skies. Eat dinner at Yardarm before you settle into a Padre Island getaway. Above all, spend time at the beach and breathe in that coastal air.
